SEC eyes disclosure in subprime probes (Reuters) (Sample Termination Letter)
Reuters - The Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating how banks, credit rating firms and lenders valued and disclosed complex mortgage-backed securities that ultimately led to the subprime crisis, a top agency enforcer said on Saturday.

Then, when an issue does arise, consult this policy to decide the action you will take in response to your employee's lack of proper hygiene. because it's the only published source that clearly gives you proper processes for separating insubordinate employees and laying off during a downsizing.
By waiting days or even weeks to lay off a worker after a deciding event, you suggest their behavior is acceptable. Also, it is more difficult for them to say their instructions were not clear. Following the steps will minimize any mistakes that might hamper the program of termination. In these cases, don't use escalating discipline because it invariably leads to termination.
